We offer a 60-day return policy for eligible items. Customers may choose either a refund or a replacement and are responsible for the return shipping cost. If you choose a replacement, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the new item to you.     

 

  • Do you customize jewelry?
Yes! We can work with you to bring your jewelry idea to life based on your design or inspiration. A non-refundable $150 design deposit is required to begin the customization process.
Because custom jewelry is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, including the design deposit. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your custom piece, we will gladly work with you to provide store credit. We are confident that you will love your one-of-a-kind creation.

Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, and holiday shipping volumes.

Yes! Our jewelry is crafted using carefully selected materials, including hypoallergenic stainless steel, 925 sterling silver, and high-quality brass, depending on the design. Our pieces are finished with 14K gold, white gold, rose gold, or rhodium plating to enhance both beauty and durability.
While individual sensitivities may vary, our jewelry is designed to be comfortable for everyday wear, and we take pride in offering quality pieces you can wear with confidence.

We carefully inspect every order before shipment; however, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution
